My Second Birthday Party

Mom and Dad got me a big decorated dog cookie for my birthday.

I look goofy because I have a silly birthday hat on my head.

It smells delicious, Oh Boy!

It tastes even better than it smells!

They only let me have a few bites because they told me that too much would make me sick.

My Throne

Mom went by a garage sale this morning and a woman was selling her daughter's chair.  I guess that she thought that a Cavalier KING Charles Spaniel deserves a throne.  I really like it.  Don't I look regal.

The Modesto Get Together!

Zack visited our Modesto house while Dad and Mom were working in California.

He brought my good friend "Belle" and Meghan had her beautiful new little boy, "Max".

We were very good for our treats.

 I Like To Keep A Clean House!

I found this strange thing that makes noises and I like it even better than my toilet brush.

They said that it is called a vacuum, so I ran around the house and cleaned up everything.  After I was finished I didn't want to give it back.....

My Trip To Ventura April 2012

I'm in the car on our trip to Ventura from Santa Fe dreaming of the beach...

                 Foggy Morning on La Conchita Beach, Ventura.  I hope that we will catch some fish!

Oh Boy, we caught a huge Leopard Shark.

He was a 52" long beautiful fish and we let him go back into the surf after I got some photos.

They do say "they're good eating", but he was magnificent and had to go free.

Skippy's Easter Egg Hunt 2012

Dad just got back from working in California last night and Mom had an Easter Egg hunt planned for me  today, Easter Sunday.

Fun, Fun, Fun...

 I found lots of eggs, little ones, middle sized ones, and a few big ones.

 I finally got one opened.  Oh Boy, beef jerky.

 It's a lot of fun to play with the eggs, too

Delicious.

By the way, why is everyone looking at me like I'm a bunny.....

Mardi Gras - Skippy and his friend Gracie!

I had a great Mardi Gras this year.

My Aunt Blythe, Uncle Ray, Mom, Dad, and my friend Gracie had a party with New Orleans food, but I had to stay home with my sister Zoe, because she doesn't play well with other dogs.

But, they brought some of the Mardi Gras King Cake back for me!

It was delicious, or actually the liver treats they stuck in the cake were great.  When I began to eat the cake itself Mom took it away from me.  She said it wasn't good for me.  I did enjoy the colorful cake and king hat, even though us dogs don't see colors as brightly and we can't see red and green like you humans.

Here is my friend, Gracie.  She has the Mardi Gras crown and also some beads.  Gracie really enjoyed the Mardi Gras party.
